Learn at Your Own Pace: The group class programs are designed to help every student make the most in the group learning environment. If you're someone who learns faster (or slower) than others, private classes will provide the perfect opportunity for you to learn at your own pace.

 

Pull Techniques from Everywhere: Our group class programs are all built around tightly structured curriculums for a specific demographic. In private classes, the instructor has the flexibility to operate outside the established structure and specific techniques of the group class programs to create a personalized curriculum based on your unique strengths and weaknesses to help you reach your training objectives in the least amount of time possible.

 

Learn Jiu-Jitsu in Order: The order in which you learn techniques of jiu-jitsu greatly affects how well absorb and retain the material. In private training sessions, the instructor will guide you through the art in a linear fashion, so that every new technique is explained in the context of all the previously learned techniques.

 

Control the Intensity: You never know who you're going to be partnered with in group classes. In private classes, not only do you know exactly who you will be training with, you can rest assure that the instructor will always provide the perfect amount of resistance and pressure to maximize your growth on the mat.

Online Zoom lessons can also be scheduled with our instructors. This has been a great way for our students to have a personal one-on-one discussion and get a deeper understanding of techniques and how to improve their over all performance.
